The three DIN 3015-compliant series, i.e. standard, heavy and twin, are the most versatile in use. For the same diameters, the fields of application are almost identical. All three are used for industrial, mobile and naval hydraulics, offshore and onshore oil rigs and gas pipelines. The main difference between the three series is the operating pressure.
The heavy series is used where higher mechanical performance is required in fixing high-pressure or large-diameter pipes and high flows.
